Argentina in the top 10 countries in entrepreneurship:

In 2007 Argentina drew closer to the world´s leading entrepreneurial countries. This is shown in a new study by the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), the only international study developed by Babson College and London Business School of Economics, which measures the rates of global entrepreneurship. In 2007 42 countries participated in the GEM project. According to the study, one in eight Argentines between 18 and 64 years of age is involved in some sort of entrepreneurial activity. Biofuel Seminar in the Media
The Biofuel Seminar organizad by the BACC and the Argentine Embassy took a big space on the Argentine media. The Argentine newspapers La Nacion and Clarin and other major media companies such as Bloomberg shared news and articles linked to the Seminar held in London last December.

Presidential visit cancelled

Argentine president Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner has cancelled her planned visit to the UK. She was going to attend the Forum of Progressive Leaders by invitation from British Prime Minister Gordon Brown as chairman of the Labor Party.
The Forum will be held on April 4/5 under the slogan of “Social inclusion and globalization”.

Publics Events during 2007
